# Return & Refund Policy

At Airvo Air Solutions ("Airvo," "we," "us"), we want you to be happy with every filter we send. This policy explains our 30-day fit guarantee, when you can return a filter, how refunds work, and how to cancel or pause your subscription. If you have any questions, email us at support@airvoair.com.
## Our 30-Day Perfect-Fit Guarantee
If a filter you receive doesn't fit your system, or it arrives in the wrong size from what your order shows, let us know within **30 days** of delivery and we'll make it right — either by sending the correct size or issuing a refund for that filter. We just ask that you contact us before disposing of the filter so we can confirm the issue and improve future orders.
## Returns
Because air filters are a hygiene and air-quality product, we can only accept returns of filters that are:
- **Unused and unopened**, in their original packaging, and
- **Returned within 30 days** of the delivery date.
**Opened or installed filters cannot be returned** for hygiene reasons, unless the filter was defective or we sent the wrong item (see "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders" below).
To start a return, email **support@airvoair.com** with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your filter arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong size or product, contact us within **30 days** of delivery at support@airvoair.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you — you won't need to pay return shipping in these cases.
## Custom and Non-Standard Sizes
If you ordered a custom or non-standard size (a size entered manually rather than selected from our standard list), that filter is made or sourced specifically for your home. Custom-size orders are **non-returnable** unless they arrive damaged, defective, or differ from the size you requested. If the size you entered turns out to be incorrect for your system, contact us within 30 days and we'll do our best to help.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, or confirm a damaged/defective/incorrect order, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within **5–10 business days**, though it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund there; for approved returns, we cover return shipping when the issue is our error.
## Subscriptions: Skip, Pause, and Cancel
Your subscription is flexible and there are **no fees or penalties** to make changes:
- **Skip or pause** an upcoming delivery anytime before it ships.
- **Cancel** anytime — your subscription simply stops renewing.
To make a change, use the "Manage subscription" link on our website or email **support@airvoair.com**, and we'll take care of it for you. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
Please note that changes apply to **future** orders. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to stop it, but you can still skip or cancel the following delivery. If a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
