Welcome to Airvo Air Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at airvoair.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products and subscriptions from Airvo Air Solutions ("Airvo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Airvo Air Solutions sells HVAC air filters and filter subscription plans, delivered to your door on a recurring schedule. You can reach us anytime at support@airvoair.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order or start a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
We offer air filters in a range of standard sizes, as well as the option to request a custom or non-standard size. Filter sizes are listed using standard "nominal" measurements (for example, 16x25x1); the actual filter dimensions are typically slightly smaller, consistent with industry practice.
You are responsible for providing the correct filter size for your system. If you select or enter a size, we will fulfill your order based on the size you provide. If you are unsure of your size, contact us at support@airvoair.com before ordering and we'll help. MERV ratings and product recommendations (including those from our online quiz) are provided as general guidance and not as professional HVAC advice.
Our filter plans are subscriptions that automatically renew until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan and delivery frequency you select (for example, monthly, every two months, or every three months).
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is resolved.
Shipping details, timeframes, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
Returns, refunds, and our perfect-fit guarantee are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it for full details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
We work to display accurate prices and product information, but errors may occur. If a product or price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or decline any order placed based on incorrect information, even after the order has been confirmed.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Airvo name and branding — is owned by Airvo Air Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without our written permission.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Air filters are a maintenance product; while a clean filter supports your system and air quality, we do not guarantee specific health, energy, or performance outcomes. Product recommendations and quiz results are general guidance, not professional HVAC advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airvo Air Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airvo Air Solutions from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site or your subscription after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
